These are as-is/final sale IMPERFECT VBPens with end caps that may be loose. You may need to use super glue to secure the end cap to the pen which is why the price is heavily discounted. There is a video below to show you how to do so. 

These VBPens did not pass the final round of quality control due to minor cosmetic flaws that may consist of: metal, paint, crystal, or other small defects. Imperfect VBPens are marked on the bottoms of the pens (shown in listing photos).
