✨ 12/08 Shipping Update ✨

The delayed product that was held in customs has finally arrived at the VB studio this past Thursday and I’ve spent the last few days getting everything ready to move forward.
My mom has been helping me package the delayed item so we can speed things up and with her help, everything is now prepped and ready to go into each box. I’ll begin assembling the Advent Boxes earlier this week and shipping notifications will start going out toward the end of the week. We’re officially in the home stretch and I’m so relieved to finally move ahead after the unexpected customs delay caused by the tariff form being filled out incorrectly by the manufacturer. I completely understand how frustrating this has been- trust me, I felt the same stress and frustration while we waited for that shipment to clear. Thank you again for your patience, kindness, and understanding throughout this process. It truly means so much. I can’t wait for you to open this special anniversary box we’ve put so much love into- truly a family effort this time. 💗

✨ 11/30 Shipping Update ✨

One of the items for the Advent Box was delayed in customs because the manufacturer filled out the tariff customs form incorrectly. This created an unexpected multi-week hold. With the new tariff regulations now in effect, this caused additional processing time that was completely out of our control.

I know how frustrating delays can be... I’ve felt that same stress these past few weeks  but the shipment has finally cleared customs and is on the way to the studio. Once it arrives, I just need a couple of extra days to package the final item before boxes ship out. I will send another update later this week to update you on the progress and when you can expect a shipping notification.

• Products will not be fully revealed prior to shipping—everything will be a surprise when you receive your box.

• VB Rewards and discount codes cannot be applied to this preorder.

• Any preorders placed using unauthorized discounts will be canceled.

• The Early Bird Discount Code promotion available from Aug 30th to Sept 3rd is the only exception.

Quantity & Purchase Rules:

• This is a very limited-edition release with limited quantities available.

• No limits on how many you can order, but each Advent Calendar must be purchased on its own.

• Multiple preorders or additional products cannot be combined with this listing.

• For example: if you’d like one for yourself and one as a gift, you’ll need to place two separate orders. Orders that do not follow this will be canceled.

Shipping Timeline:

• Boxes are expected to begin shipping in late November through early December.

• Please note that shipping windows are estimates and may shift due to holidays, manufacturer delays, or customs due to tariffs.

• Updates will be provided via the VB Newsletter if changes occur.

Shipping Method:

• Advent boxes will ship via USPS only.

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
