VB Tutorial: Scrapbook Inspired Dashboard
Hello! I'm Jennie McGarvey and I am glad to share something with you that has me really excited!
I am a long time scrapbooker and I love being able to use planner supplies for scrapbooking. This time, I created a scrapbook inspired dashboard using the "Dream Big" VB Kit.

The first thing that I did was take the digital files and print a handful of patterned papers and then some of the shapes for creating die cuts to use as embellishments for the page/dashboard.
This gives me the majority of what I need right here. Isn't that cool? I think so!

After I printed my photo, I trimmed up my papers and layered the papers under my photo.
I wanted to keep the clusters of die cuts in the corners, so I layered those as well, including some adhesive foam squares to give some dimension.  However, you can also see that I added clear tape all along the top and bottom edges combined with some machine stitching.
That is not all though! I added another cluster for balance. Thanks to the shadow in the photo you can see how the die cuts are raised up off of the base of the page. I love this! I also included a title from my stash of scrapbook supplies to tie the whole thing together.
Now, I need to think about adding this to my planner. I will simply use my Happy Planner® punch to be able to add this right to my planner. SO PERFECT!
To me, this is such a great way to combine my loves of villabeauTIFFul kits, scrapbooking, and my planner. This "Dream Big" VB Kit just proves how lovely all of those things together can be.
