VB Tutorial: DIY Dry Erase Board

Hello Luvs!!! So today's DIY is bitter sweet. This is my last blog post as a VB Design Team Member. This has been the best experience and I have connected with some amazing PlannerBabes. Even though my term has come to an end, I will forever be a VillaBabe!

Now that all the mushiness is out the way (lol) let's create.

Today I want to show you how to make a dry erase board using a few items from the Once Upon a Time December VBKit.

Here's what you will need:

VB Paper
VB Bookmark Pack
VB Bookmark
VB Sticker Book
Hole Punch
Laminate

Now that we have our supplies, let's get this party started. First you will need to choose your background for your dry erase board. I suggest using the VB Papers that came with the VB Kit's Paper Pack Add On or you can use the digital download patterns like I have (size is 8.5 x 11).

In order to get the lines on the VB Papers, you can use the Canva app to apply the lines as seen in photo above. If you are using the papers that came with the kit you can print the lines on clear sticker paper or vellum and adhere to the paper to have the same effect.

Once you have placed your lines on the background paper, it's time to pull out the VB Kit sticker book and choose which date covers to use. I chose the date covers with the space to put the date.

After you have applied your date covers, you can place in the laminate pouch (I rounded my corners first).

Now it's time to punch a hole at the top so you can use the VB Bookmark pack to create a decorative loop to hang your dry erase up on the wall. This is optional - you can always use a magnet, push pin, or command strips to hang up.

So now it's time to pull out those wet erase markers and try her out!!!
