VB Close Up: Serenity Set Up

Hey Villababes!

In today’s blog, I'll be sharing my VB TN set up using the May Serenity VBKit. As many of you know, this month’s kit came with the most beautiful TN cover, which is really vibing with my recent minimalist style. I wanted to share a few ideas with you on how I’ve set up my TN!

First up, I want to share how I’ve set up the blank notebook as my daily inbox / tasks. I used the page flags to mark tasks that I do every week. I used the adorable post-its to add hand lettered days of the week on each page. Below each succulent post-it, I stuck another one of my favorite VB post-its to create a cute background for my page flags. Using the page flags I stuck some clear stickers, from my personal stash, along with some icon stickers.

Next, I stuck the Print Pression Weeks (PPWeeks) in the back sleeve of the TN. I used the Serenity VBKit to decorate the monthly layout for June. One of the best parts of the sticker book is that it comes with a sheet of stickers designed for Weeks sized planners like the Hobonichi Weeks and PPWeeks. I used the bottom washi and laid it down at the bottom of the monthly spread and hand lettered the days of the week and the month. Using the different colored hexagon stickers, I created a key at the bottom of the page. This creates a very minimal, yet elegant look, that helps you to track important events + ideas at a quick glance.

Lastly, I used the sticker book to create a beautiful look inside a weekly spread. Due to the amount of stickers provided in the kit, there are plenty of different options to plan out multiple weeks using the same kit. Using the deco stickers, you can create different looks based on the type of planner that you have!
